Therapy Resources

The purpose:

Oftentimes , we are unsure of receiving therapy or intend on enlightening ourselves more while seeing a therapist and we seek out resources. Unfortunately for us however, research takes hours, days, and even months. Not only do we have to try to pinpoint the right terminology that will help us understand what we are experiencing to then make a google search, but we might find hundreds of links with contradicting opinions and theories. 

Therefore, we have worked alongside our in-house psychiatrist, Dr. Nigar Arif to find the right resources and to simplify them in order to provide to people that are planning on or are already receiving cognitive behavioral therapy.
